Excitement was building as the Arab world’s first interplanetary mission — the UAE’s Hope probe — successfully entered Mars’ orbit on Tuesday. Launched last July, the UAE had originally planned for this marvelous feat to coincide with the country’s golden jubilee on Dec. 2, 2021.
