High-Resolution Monitor Series

Many new multimedia applications only work their best with high-resolution monitors. Doctors, engineers and graphic artists have a true need for Samsung’s new widescreen monitors — 2493HM and 2693HM. As for everyone else, online gaming or watching movies on the web is a lot more enjoyable on a high res screen.

The new monitors feature ultra high resolution of 1920x1200 with a 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio for the 24’’ 2493HM and 3000:1 for the 26’’ 2693HM. The monitors have a fast response time of 5ms (BTW) that ensures stable viewing of moving pictures. Additionally, users can enjoy content with the DVI interface (HDCP supported). The monitors are equipped with a Down Falling Speaker (DFS) System delivering clear sound that can be heard without headphones. Their detachable stands provide wall or arm mounting options.
