RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan spoke telephonically with his Iran counterpart, Abbas Araghchi, on Sunday.
The two officials discussed regional developments and efforts to deescalate tensions.
Also on Sunday, Prince Faisal spoke to his Afghanistan and Bahrain counterparts Amir Khan Muttaqi and Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, respectively.
In his conversations with Muttaqi and Al-Zayani, Prince Faisal reviewed the latest developments in the region and issues of common interest.
