RIYADH: The Saudi aid agency KSrelief continued its efforts throughout last year to support the Yemeni people through the sixth phase of its prosthetics and rehabilitation project in Hadramout governorate.

The project provides free medical and humanitarian services for people who have lost limbs, and includes prosthetic fitting, rehabilitation, and training of local medical staff.

KSrelief delivered 22,705 services during 2025, benefiting 7,025 individuals, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Separately, KSrelief’s mobile clinics recently treated 118 beneficiaries in one week in Hajjah governorate across several clinics. The facilities dealt with epidemiology issues, emergency, internal medicine, and reproductive health.

The KSrelief-supported dialysis center in Al-Mahrah governorate also continued its services, treating 138 patients in a month. Of these, 52 patients underwent 451 dialysis sessions, while 86 received examinations and medical tests at the nephrology clinic.

These efforts form part of ongoing Saudi humanitarian projects aimed at strengthening Yemen’s health sector while alleviating suffering.
