Saudi Arabia’s new ambassador to Singapore presents credentials to president

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s new ambassador to Singapore Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi presented his credentials to the country’s President Tharman Shanmugaratnam on Wednesday.

During the ceremony, Al-Ghamdi conveyed the greetings of King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the president and their wishes for continued progress and prosperity in Singapore, Saudi Press Agency reported.

Shanmugaratnam passed on his appreciation to the Kingdom’s leadership and expressed pride in Saudi-Singaporean relations. He said his country looked forward to further joint cooperation in various fields.
