RIYADH: Registration for the second training term in Saudi Arabia’s daycare centers will take place from Dec. 27 till Jan. 5, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced.
Under conditions for admission to daycare centers, the disabled person registering in the program must be a Saudi national, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Disabled people who have applied for Saudi nationality and hold mobility passes and permanent residencies can also apply for the program if there are vacancies.
Those applying for the program must be free from communicable or contagious diseases; the IQ scores of those classified as severely disabled, moderately impaired, or with multiple disabilities, must be 55 and less; beneficiaries must be aged between two and 45; and the disabled must not suffer from psychological or behavioral disorders that pose a danger to themselves or others.
The ministry said that those wishing to register can sign in to the ministry’s website through the following link https://hrsd.gov.sa/, as well as all beneficiaries who have been registered for the first term and wish to register for the second one.

LONDON: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, arrived in the Polish capital, Warsaw, on an official visit on Sunday.
He is scheduled to meet on Monday with Radoslaw Sikorski, the Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
They will discuss relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them across various fields, SPA added.
