The Brazilian makes his F1 return this weekend at the Belgium GP, where he replaces German driver Nick Heidfeld and will team with Vitaly Petrov.
Renault said on Thursday that the 27-year-old Senna will also race “at the Italian Grand Prix two weeks later” in Monza, although it remains unclear if he will compete in the six GPs after that.
Senna, whose late uncle was F1 great Ayrton Senna, would not comment on how long he expects to be involved, saying he could not say anything for legal reasons.
Senna made his F1 debut with Hispania Racing last season, and started the season as a reserve driver for Renault.
