RIYADH: The National Center for Falcons will organize its first event, the International Falcon Breeders Auction from Aug. 5-25 in Malham, north of Riyadh.

This year’s auction will feature pavilions for local and international falcon farms, falcon equipment and supplies, and the “falconer of the future” pavilion, in addition to interactive displays and an auction platform offering live bidding on elite breeds of captive-bred falcons.

The auction represents an attractive destination for falconers from around the world and provides falconers and visitors with an opportunity to learn about elite falcons bred locally and internationally.

In addition to the international auction, the center will organize several specialized events, including the International Saudi Falcons and Hunting Exhibition from Oct. 1-10; the Melwah Race from Oct. 4-9; the National Falcon Center Auction from Oct. 1 to Nov. 30; and King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival from Nov. 17-30.
