MAKKAH: The General Directorate of Education in Makkah has launched a translation initiative at the Grand Mosque to assist pilgrims and visitors.
Volunteers from the education sector provide support in 12 languages, facilitating communication, answering inquiries and streamlining procedures with professional guidance.
The scheme aims to foster social responsibility and volunteerism among students and staff while improving the quality of services offered to pilgrims, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
