Saudi Arabia’s Human Rights Commission President Hala Al-Tuwaijri recently met with Carlo Baldocci, Italy’s ambassador to the Kingdom, in Riyadh.
During the meeting, the officials focused on the importance of dialogue and promoting awareness of human rights, Al-Tuwaijri posted on X.
“We discussed a range of topics of mutual interest, shared experiences, and explored opportunities to further enhance cooperation in the field of human rights,” Al-Tuwaijri stated.
MAKKAH: Sheikh Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, the president of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, has launched the Al-Jood Menna Wa Feena (Generosity Springs From Us and Returns to Us) campaign — affiliated with the Jood Housing platform — in Makkah.
Al-Sudais said that the presidency’s participation in the campaign stemmed from a sense of social responsibility and was a reinforcement of the values of solidarity encouraged by religion.
He also expressed his gratitude to King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for their gracious patronage of charitable works which helped to serve the interest of citizens while ensuring a good and stable life.
