RIYADH: IT company Saudi Al Moammar Information Systems Co., or MIS, approved a distribution of SR25 million ($6.66 million) in cash dividends for the second half of 2021, according to a bourse filing.
25 million shares are eligible, with the dividend per share standing at SR1, Saudi stock exchange, Tadawul said in a statement.
The percentage of dividend to the share par value is 10 percent.
While the eligibility date is due on the 28th of February, the distribution date is set for the 14th of March.
