Saudi Arabia, Greece to strengthen ties in tourism sector

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia and Greece have agreed to strengthen ties through tourism and travel facilitation between the two countries.
On the sidelines of the Tourism Recovery Summit in Riyadh, Saudi Tourism Minister Ahmed Al-Khateeb and his Greek counterpart Harry Theoharis signed a joint action plan in recognition of the importance of tourism to the economic development of both states.
The plan was prepared with the aim of strengthening cooperation between the Kingdom and Greece. They stressed the importance of establishing mechanisms for mutual use of vaccination certificates, in order to promote safe and smooth travel.

Saudi crown prince receives written message from Senegal president

RIYADH: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman received a written message from Senegal’s President Bassirou Diomaye Faye concerning relations between their countries on Tuesday, Saudi Press Agency reported.

The message was received by Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed bin Abdulkarim Al-Khereiji during a meeting with Senegal’s ambassador to the Kingdom, Birame Mbagnick Diagne, in Riyadh.

During the meeting, Saudi-Senegalese relations and ways to enhance them in various fields were discussed. Issues of common interest were also reviewed.
