DUBAI: A new “exceptional flight” between Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport and London’s Heathrow Airport is set on Aug. 22 for British nationals who want to return to the UK.
British Consul General Seif Usher announced the information on Twitter, as Saudia continues to operate special flights between the two cities.
The airline has been operating these flights to and from London since March 29.
Saudi Arabia had suspended international flights on March 15 in the wake of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak.
Since then, the country has emerged from a strict lockdown and travel restrictions between cities have been eased.
