RIYADH: Masah Construction Company has emerged as a leading construction company across Saudi Arabia.

Referring to the ongoing projects, Abdul Nayeem pointed out that the company is executing several projects including SAHAFA Medical City in Riyadh, Al Moosa Specialist Hospital (north tower) in Al Ahsa, Ajdan Rise (40 floors) in Khobar, SPIMACO Warehouse and Office Building in Khobar and Quarter Hotel Building in Khobar, and a few more.
He pointed out that the company has executed several prestigious projects in the past such as Sehat Al Saif Medical City in Khobar (500 Beds), Othaim Super Market in Riyadh, Janadriyah Exhibition Facility in Riyadh for Ministry of Petrolium, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group Hospitals (Al Rayan Hospital, Al Suwaidi Hospital, IVF Hospital, Qassim Hospital, Al Rayed Hospital), UCIC Greenfield Project in Al Kharj, Riyadh Park Mall.
These projects are in addition to several other completed projects including Teaching Staff Housing Building for Imam University in Riyadh, King Saud University Girls Campus in Riyadh and King Saud University Endowment Building in Riyadh. Nayeem further said that “we take great pride in what we have achieved in the last 14 years.”
He said that Masah Specialized Construction established in 2005 has a proven track record in successfully implementing projects in Civil and MEP works. Masah performs total turnkey contracts or acts as subcontractors to ‘Class A’ contractor. All the major building components are performed by Masah personnel and special packages such as aluminum work, conveying systems, doors, BMS and equipment are sublet to other reputable companies.
