The Times of India report by TNN from New Delhi states that Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov pledged strong support to India by saying that Moscow cannot link India’s case for membership of Nuclear Suppliers’ Group with that of Pakistan and that it was engaging Beijing on this issue at different levels.
