RIYADH: Police arrested a drunken man after he stabbed a child in her head while she was playing in front of her house in Naseem district of Riyadh. The Saudi in his 40s was also reportedly responsible for breaking seven car windows in the area, Al-Riyadh newspaper reported on Tuesday. Naseem police also arrested an Arab worker for trying to sexually assault a woman after she left her house to throw garbage.
