RIYADH: Mobile Telecommunications Company of Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) has launched a new package for all its customers of both prepaid and postpaid lines that will give them 35 percent discount on calls. This new scheme, which will be applicable for all local and international calls besides other services, will start today.
Ismael Fikry, executive head of Zain’s operation department, said, “This new package is part of Zain’s bigger plan of providing up-to-date services and promotions in the Kingdom.”
Subscribers will also enjoy 35 percent discount on SMS, video calls and Internet services in the time they choose.
Fikry said that Zain’s Time Package subscribers would get to choose the time they want. There are three periods — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., second from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and the third from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. The user can change the timing as he/she wishes after 30 days of subscription.
Zain has also launched a promotional campaign for this new service in which customers would get 50 percent discount instead of 35 percent for the first three months starting from the official launching date. Subscription could be done through the different customer service centers across the Kingdom.
