At the end of the month, Sony launches its VAIO C-Series. The new range of VAIO notebooks brings choice to different lifestyles through a collection of five vibrant colors and improved functionality. The silver white model is aimed at sophisticated men or women. The pink model targets the free spirit who likes to be noticed. The green notebook is for the explorer who wants to feel at one with nature. The gray and orange VAIO is for the jet-setting nomad and the black model with burgundy trim is aimed at the person who wants the classic understated look.
To complete the look, pair the notebook with a carrying case created for VAIO by Italian designer Mandarina Duck. The cases are available in pink, green, white and black to suit the C-Series. The Palm Treo 680 smartphone, is a GSM/GPRS/EDGE quad-band world phone packed with features such as e-mail, web browsing, messaging, multimedia, calendar, contacts and document viewing, editing and sharing. Palm will sell an unlocked GSM version of the Treo 680 in four colors — crimson, copper, arctic and graphite.
The Treo 680 has an internal antenna, slim form factor, full, easy-type keyboard and a 320x320 color screen. The Treo 680 smartphone can be used as an MP3 player and has an integrated digital camera, camcorder and video player. The Treo 680 includes 64MB of storage, expandable to 2GB. The phone can also be used as a wireless modem via Bluetooth to connect to a compatible Bluetooth enabled laptop.
