RIYADH: Qiddiya City, the leading entertainment, sports and culture hub, brought play to life on Eid Al-Fitr with the soft opening of Aquarabia.
“This Eid, Qiddiya Investment Company brings play to life with the soft opening of Aquarabia Qiddiya City, a one-of-a-kind water theme park and a game-changing entertainment destination for locals and visitors alike,” a press statement said.
Aquarabia, the centrepiece water theme park of the Qiddiya City, welcomed a select group of guests for its anticipated soft opening on Friday, marking a key moment in the park’s journey toward its imminent grand opening and providing visitors with an exclusive opportunity to experience the world-class destination for the first time.
Aquarabia’s soft opening featured the Middle East’s largest water theme park in full operation, with all rides running at maximum capacity alongside fully managed queues and operational outlets.
Between March 20 and 28, all guests visiting Six Flags Qiddiya City during the Eid holiday will be automatically entered into a raffle to win Aquarabia special preview tickets at no extra cost or registration, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Winners will receive exclusive access to Aquarabia before it opens to the public, a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be among the first to experience one of the world's most remarkable water parks.
The soft opening of Aquarabia is a defining moment for Qiddiya City.
Together with Six Flags Qiddiya City, which welcomed its first guests in December 2025, Aquarabia completes the two-park heart of the city.
The grand opening date and full ticketing details will be announced imminently.
When tickets go on sale, guests will be able to choose from a curated range of experiences, including single-day admission: Adult and child pricing for the full Aquarabia experience; surfing packages: Priority access and dedicated sessions at Aquarabia’s signature surf and wave attractions; Cabana Experiences: Premium day packages with private cabana hire, dedicated attendants and exclusive zone access; and dual-park bundles: Combined Aquarabia and Six Flags Qiddiya City tickets for a fully integrated day across both parks.
Aquarabia Qiddiya City offers a wide range of attractions designed for every type of guest, from record-breaking slides and high-speed water coasters to expansive surf pools and dedicated family-friendly zones.
Guests will be able to enjoy large-scale water attractions and relax in immersive aquatic environments that do not exist anywhere else in Saudi Arabia.
With 24 diverse food and beverage outlets, the water theme park aims to deliver a full-day destination experience where guests can explore global flavors, refresh and recharge between attractions.
