RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has launched a new initiative to promote local industry, in collaboration with the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.
The “Technologies for Exceptional Transformation” program aims to accelerate the adoption of KAUST technologies across Saudi Arabia’s manufacturing facilities, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
It is open to all Saudi-headquartered manufacturing companies operating within the priority sectors of the National Industrial Strategy.
Eligible applicants must demonstrate technical challenges and innovation needs, as well as a willingness to share financial and innovation metrics to highlight the impact of technology deployment.
