First Projects has announced the signing of an agreement with global hospitality company Hilton to open DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Al-Narjis. The hotel will be part of a mixed-use development featuring residential units, retail spaces, and professional co-working and meeting facilities — creating a vibrant and integrated destination that seamlessly connects business and leisure.
The agreement was signed during Cityscape Global 2025 at the First Projects exhibition stand, in a ceremony attended by Mohammad Dabboussi, CEO of First Projects, and Carlos Khneisser, chief development officer, Middle East and Africa, Hilton.
DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Al-Narjis will bring the award-winning brand’s warm and thoughtful service to the Al-Narjis neighborhood in the north of the Saudi capital. Guests will enjoy a range of dining options, including a stylish lobby café, an all-day dining restaurant, and a pool terrace. Additional amenities will include a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and a spa.
