JEDDAH, 25 March 2004 — A three-day Indian food festival opened at Jeddah Trident Hotel on Tuesday. The festival features authentic dishes from different states and regions of India prepared by specialist chefs. The festival offers a wide range of dishes including the widely popular Mughlai varieties and sweets from various regions of India. “The festival is well attended whenever it is organized,” said Chander Nain, general manager of the hotel.
