RIYADH: Blackstone Inc. and KKR & Co. are weighing bidders for data center company London-based Global Switch.
DigitalBridge, which is the world's largest digital infrastructure business, and Digital Realty, and Equinix Inc. have also expressed preliminary interest in Global Switch, sources told Bloomberg.
Global Switch, which is one of the world’s highest credit rated data centre providers, has been exploring a sale that could value it at £8 billion ($10.7 billion) or more, Bloomberg reported earlier this year.
The representatives for Blackstone, DigitalBridge, Digital Realty, Global Switch and KKR declined to comment.
