RIYADH: More than 74 percent of patients are satisfied with the Kingdom’s health services, figures have revealed.
The results of the Ministry of Health’s Patient Experience Measurement Program showed satisfaction rates in the third quarter of this year had risen to 74.52 percent compared with 73.11 percent during the second quarter.
The ministry launched the program with the aim of enabling patients and their families to engage in quality improvement of health services. Findings are compared at regional and international levels to keep up with patient-centered health services. The scheme is also designed to detect weak points in the health service and develop ways to improve them.
