JUBAIL: Saudi Arabia and Bahrain have launched two joint naval exercises, Bridge-20 and Waves-4, in the Arabian Gulf to strengthen operational coordination as part of their efforts to protect maritime navigation.
The exercises included fighting in built-up areas, protecting convoys, setting up security cordons, storming coastal targets, reconnaissance missions, search and rescue operations, inspecting suspicious vessels, countering drone and speedboat attacks, and clearing an offshore oil platform from a hostile group.

RIYADH: Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with the Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher in Davos on Friday.
During the meeting which took place on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum, areas of joint cooperation and ways to enhance it were discussed, Saudi Press Agency reported.
