‘Intelligent Hajj’ program launched to provide Muslim pilgrims with the best digital services 

JEDDAH: Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal inaugurated the “Intelligent Hajj” program on Wednesday.

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology is carrying out the initiative.

The aim of the program is to provide pilgrims with the best digital services during the pilgrimage. 

Prince Khaled stressed the need to further improve digital services at the holy sites in Makkah and Madinah.

Makkah Deputy Gov. Prince Abdullah bin Bandar was also present at the launching ceremony.

On Wednesday, the deputy governor also inspected different holy sites in Makkah. Regional officials apprised him of the projects launched for the pilgrims.

Crown prince, Qatar Emir discuss regional developments in phone call

RIYADH: Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman spoke on the phone on Thursday with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of Qatar.

During the call, the two leaders reviewed the fraternal relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar and discussed ways to strengthen and develop cooperation, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international developments, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
