Times Now: Ahead of Pakistan general elections, US designates Hafiz Saeed's political party as terrorist organization

April 3: Times Now states that the United States on Tuesday, ahead of the general elections in Pakistan, designated Milli Muslim League (MML), the political party of Hafiz Saeed-led Jamaat-ud Dawa as a foreign terrorist organization. Also, it has designated seven members of the Saeed's political front's central leadership as terrorists. The US has added Tehreek-e-Azadi-e-Kashmir to the list of terrorist groups. TAJK is said to be a front of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). Trump has expressed his concerns in the past that LeT has been operating freely in Pakistan.
