Terror rages across Afghanistan, Pakistan in recent days (Source: NPR)

NPR report by Samantha Raphelson states that Gory terror attacks by ISIS in Kabul and Quetta and by the Afghan Taliban in Helmand in recent days shows escalation of terrorist violence across the two countries. ISIS is flexing its muscles along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border despite the fact that the United States is leading war on terror in Afghanistan for the last 16 years.
