After a two-month screening and assessment campaign, three finalists from Saudi Arabia have been selected to progress to the Nissan/Infiniti ME Regional Skill Contest, set to take place in Dubai during February 2017.

Three finalists from KSA to showcase best after-sales service in Dubai

As part of its ongoing efforts to attract customers with an outstanding level of service, Ghassan A.H. Al Sulaiman Trading Est. (Al Ghassan Motors), the authorized dealer of Infiniti vehicles in the Kingdom, conducted a two-month National Skills Contest to select the top three local talents in after-sales service. They will progress to the Nissan/Infiniti ME Regional Skill Contest, set to take place in Dubai during February 2017.
The national competition concluded its final stage on Nov. 30, 2016. It covered the whole car service process from receiving the vehicle all the way to delivering it back to the client in superior condition.
The contest comprised a theoretical exam and a practical test to select three after-sales service members — a Service Adviser (Ben Bien Picones Catahan from Riyadh), a Spare Parts Supervisor (Mohamed Saeed Al-Sultan from Riyadh) and a Mechanic (Elmer Perilla from Alkhobar). All staff members had a chance to participate in the aforementioned assessment.
On the occasion, Sheikh Ghassan Abdul Rahman Al-Sulaiman, President of Al Ghassan Motors, said: “Once again, our after-sales staff members demonstrated their brilliance in a rigorous screening and assessment test that examined all aspects of their talents, skills and experiences. I would like to thank AGM’s service team for its participation, while congratulating the winners and wishing them the best of luck during the ultimate contest in Dubai.”
