Delta House rules Alif International School Sports Meet

RIYADH: Alif International School Riyadh held its 6th Annual Sports Meet recently in a festive atmosphere of fun and camaraderie.
Delta House, by bagging more points in different categories, won the overall championship. Aysha Banu (House mistress), Ayisha Afla and Farsana (House captions) are the leaders of delta house.
The Sports Day was commenced with the guard of honor and marchpast which was followed by different track and field events and the school ground echoed the triumphant yells of the winners.
The chief guest Mohammed Haneefa, the Principal Modern International school, Riyadh attended the closing ceremony and distributed prizes to the winners.
Principal Mohammed Musthafa gave keynote address, T P. Alikunhi Moulavi (chairman Alif School), Luqman Pazhoor (Executive Director) Dr. Daisamma Jacob (Headmistress) felicitated in the program. Aysha Siddeeqa, Ayesha Banu, Bijila, Anoosha led the houses and the events of the day. Coordinator Jubairiya welcomed the audience and Sports Coordinator Hafsa marked vote of thanks. The event ended with the singing of the national anthem.
