LONDON: ‌Britain and Germany will launch a joint partnership to counter ​sabotage and cyberattacks as Prime Minister Andy Burnham and Chancellor Friedrich Merz meet in Berlin on Thursday, shortly after both leaders warned of the hybrid ‌threat from ‌Russia.
