MOSCOW: Part of a residential apartment has collapsed in the Russian city of Syzran on the Volga river after a Ukrainian drone attack, local governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev said on Wednesday in a post on the Telegram messaging app.
He said four people, including one child, have been rescued. Search and rescue operation are continuing.
