RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Royal Commission in Yanbu was named the best emergency and public services center in the Middle East, Europe and Africa region in an international competition between communication centers.
The commission took first place and the gold medal at the event, held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, after entering the Best Emergency Services Center and Best Public Services Center categories.
This was the 19th year of the competition organized by Contact Center World, a non-profit organization that works with UNICEF to support charitable work in the call center sector, said a report by the Saudi Press Agency.
The Royal Commission in Yanbu was represented by the Department of Industrial Security and Safety.
