Flydubai has opened its first call center in Saudi Arabia, aimed at providing passengers in the Kingdom with direct access to their customer care needs.
Based in Riyadh, the call center will assist locals and residents with a variety of services such as creating and amending reservations, payments and customer service inquires in both Arabic and English.
With 13 points, Saudi Arabia is the largest market in terms of the number of destinations that flydubai operates to.
“Saudi Arabia is a very important market for flydubai, and with our new call center, we look forward to providing our customers with a local channel to cater to their needs,” said Hamad Obaidalla, chief commercial officer at flydubai.
“We would like to thank the Saudi authorities for their hard work and efforts in supporting the tourism industry in the market and stimulating the flow of traffic from the region,” he added.
Flydubai has been operating to Saudi Arabia since 2010, with the launch of the first direct link to Abha from Dubai. Flydubai currently flies to Madinah, Riyadh, Taif, Jeddah, Dammam, Qassim, Jazan, Hail, Hofuf, Jouf, Tabuk and Yanbu.
