JEDDAH: UAE Vice President and Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum caused a stir on social media when a video emerged of him riding on the London Underground.
A video of the leader wearing casual dress, sitting on a Central Line train went viral in the Emirates on Monday.

A short clip of Sheikh Mohammed, posted by UAE-based daily Al-Roeya on Twitter, shows him sitting amongst smiling passengers on a busy train arriving at Mile End station.
Sheikh Mohammed is well known for is down to earth nature. In Dubai, he is often seen pulling over his car to chat with the city’s residents.
In a visit to Saudi Arabia last year, he was seen in a Riyadh mall enjoying a hot beverage with his entourage and generously allowing mall-goers to pose for photos with him.
