Former club champion Al Mutrad wins RT 2nd triathlon of season

RIYADH: The second full triathlon of the season attracted a full field of 107 ranging in age from 8 to 73.
The full event of 600m swim, 24.3km bike and a 4km run was held at Bonita Village and within the Durrat Arriyadh area.
A total of 50 competitors completed the full event in very hot and testing conditions.
Former club champion, Nasser Al-Mutrad, took the honors at the second event with an impressive performance. Other podium winners include Simon Chorlton (Male Vet), Katy Taylor (First Female), Paul McParland (Male Senior), Frank Guerin (Male Master), Annie Wild (female Master), Emma Gillespie (Female Vet). Well done to our Individual discipline winners who were; Swim — Luca Giorgini, bike — Mikael Jersby, Run — Abdulmohsin Alhashim.
