King Saud Medical City to receive complaints

JEDDAH: King Saud Medical City allocated the phone number 0582181818 to receive complaints and suggestions from customers and other society members.
Dr. Saleh Al-Tamimi, the general executive supervisor of the Medical City, said the new service, “Your voice reached us — Sawtaq Wasal” seeks to acquire the beneficiaries’ satisfaction with the health services the medical city provides, and to promote means of communications with them. He said the complaints and suggestions will be received 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with responses being provided during work hours.
