This award is under the Saudi Aramco General Engineering and Project Management Services (GES+) Contract.
Jacobs is executing the project from its office in Alkhobar.
The scope of services for the Clean Fuels and Aromatics Project includes front end engineering design (FEED) services for both inside battery limits (ISBL) and outside battery limits (OSBL). In addition, the project includes modifications to the refinery to comply with expected future environmental regulations.
The Ras Tanura refinery is located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
