MADINAH, 25 June 2006 — Female guests leaving a wedding hall in Madinah were left perturbed after they learned that their abayas had been stolen, Al-Watan daily reported. Feeling rather flushed the damsels in distress were saved by their husbands who rushed to bring them spare abayas from home. Police quickly arrived on the scene and having investigated the matter found that one of the workers had stolen the women’s abayas.
