RIYADH: The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, in partnership with UNESCO and the International Center for AI Research and Ethics, has opened registration for the Global Forum on the Ethics of AI, to be held in Riyadh from Sept. 14 to 17.
The forum will bring together policymakers, experts, academics, and representatives from international organizations, as well as the public and private sectors from around the world.
The event aims to advance global dialogue on responsible AI governance, promote the exchange of expertise and best practices, and explore how AI can support sustainable development and prosperous societies.
Over four days, the forum will cover key topics including AI ethics, governance, capacity building, responsible innovation, and international policy.
It will also showcase the latest global initiatives and best practices through high-level sessions and specialized workshops featuring leading experts and policymakers.
The forum reflects Saudi Arabia’s commitment to advancing AI ethics and strengthening governance at national and international levels.
It also highlights the Kingdom’s support for multilateral cooperation in developing trusted, responsible frameworks for emerging technologies, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, while reinforcing its role in shaping the future of AI.
