KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said on Wednesday the government would immediately implement several comprehensive early intervention measures to ensure economic resilience amid global challenges.
Efforts were being mobilized to ensure energy security, including diversifying sources and using alternative routes to the Strait of Hormuz, Anwar said in a Facebook post after a meeting of the country’s economic action council.
He did not specify what measures were being introduced.
