Guidance programs organized at Two Holy Mosques

During the first six days of Ramadan, the Committee for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, under the Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, distributed over 56,000 guidance and outreach materials.

As part of its ongoing efforts to serve visitors during Ramadan, the administration provided guidance and counseling services to more than 120,000 worshippers and visitors at the Prophet’s Mosque.

The distributed guidance materials included a range of educational publications, in addition to addressing religious questions and offering on-site guidance and counseling to visitors.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance has launched a series of outreach programs in mosques and prayer halls within the central area surrounding the Grand Mosque in Makkah.

This initiative is part of the second phase of an awareness plan on Islam for this year’s Umrah season, aligning with the increased influx of pilgrims during Ramadan.

The plan includes lectures, daily instructional sessions, and post-prayer sermons conducted by a designated group of official preachers from the ministry.

Interpreters in multiple languages are also provided to ensure that the awareness message reaches pilgrims of all nationalities.
