Saudi industry ministry issues 151 new industrial licenses, announces the start of production in 93 factories in Nov. 2025

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources has issued 151 new industrial licenses during November 2025, while 93 new factories commenced production during the same month, according to a report by the entity’s National Center for Industrial and Mining Information.

The report, which monitors industrial indicators monthly, indicated that the total investment associated with the new licenses exceeded SR26.98 billion ($7.19 billion), and these projects are expected to create more than 1,370 job opportunities across the Kingdom.

Meanwhile, investments in the factories that began production during November amounted to SR1.76 billion, with an estimated 2,642 new jobs.

This reflects the continued expansion of the Kingdom’s industrial base and the increasing rate at which factories are becoming operational.

The ministry publishes monthly, through the National Center for Industrial and Mining Information, key industrial indicators reflecting industrial activity in Saudi Arabia, including the volume of new investments, the number of licenses issued, and factories commencing production. This is done to enhance transparency and keep pace with the Kingdom's industrial growth.
