Saudi deputy minister receives Norwegian special representative for Middle East peace process

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Minister for Political Affairs Saud Al-Sati received Norwegian Special Representative for the Middle East Peace Process Torunn Viste, and Ambassador-designate of the Kingdom of Norway to the Kingdom Kristi Tromsdal in Riyadh on Tuesday.

During the meeting, the officials discussed several issues including ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries, the Foreign Ministry posted on X.

Meanwhile, Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, the governor of Jeddah received Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Saudi Arabia Andy Rodriguez Duran in Jeddah on Tuesday.

Crown prince, Qatar Emir discuss regional developments in phone call

RIYADH: Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman spoke on the phone on Thursday with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of Qatar.

During the call, the two leaders reviewed the fraternal relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar and discussed ways to strengthen and develop cooperation, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international developments, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
