Saudi FM meets UK, Iranian counterparts at WEF

DAVOS: Switzerland: Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan on Wednesday met with UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in the Swiss city of Davos.

They reviewed bilateral relations between their countries and ways to strengthen and develop them in various fields. They also discussed developments in the region and their repercussions on international peace and security.

Prince Faisal also met with his Iranian counterpart, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, to discuss several topics of mutual concern, ways to enhance bilateral relations, developments in the Gaza Strip, and the need for the international community to shoulder its responsibility to achieve an immediate cease-fire and protect civilians.

LONDON: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, arrived in the Polish capital, Warsaw, on an official visit on Sunday.

He is scheduled to meet on Monday with Radoslaw Sikorski, the Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

They will discuss relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them across various fields, SPA added.
