Abdullah Al-Mohaisen has been named general manager of HP Saudi Arabia. He will report to Joseph Hanania, regional general manager, HP Middle East, to continue driving HP’s investment and the sustained growth of the IT market within the Kingdom.

Al-Mohaisen previously served as general manager at Al-Alamiah Electronics where he re-aligned the company in just over four years from an IT manufacturing company to an IT total solutions provider, partnering with many international blue chip companies.

“We have the greatest confidence in Abdullah, who knows and understands the significance of the Saudi Arabian market to the Middle East,” said Hanania. “He has an extensive proven track record and I am very much looking forward to his continued success.”

Al-Mohaisen brings to his new position a wealth of management experience and over 20 years of information technology knowledge from a diverse range of industries within Saudi Arabia.

“HP’s existing impetus in the Kingdom is a great building block for us to continue and maintain market leadership in PCs, notebooks and PC servers, and as the leading enterprise solutions and services company,” said Al-Mohaisen. “With the unmatched breadth and depth of HP’s products and solutions portfolio, and services, I find this job a great opportunity to bring the best and latest information technology to our customers in the Kingdom.”
