Saudi Jood Eskan campaign enters Guinness World Records

  • The campaign is set to continue until the end of Ramadan

RIYADH: The Saudi Jood Eskan campaign has entered the Guinness World Records for realizing the largest target in the world for a month-long electronic charitable drive.

The campaign aims to secure housing for low-income families during the holy month of Ramadan.

It was inauguration by King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on the first day of Ramadan. Jood Eskan focuses on mobilizing charitable bids from generous philanthropists and institutions to support families most in need of housing.

The Jood Eskan platform is one of the National Developmental Housing Foundation’s (Sakan) initiatives, which seeks to involve community members in community development programs and achieve social solidarity in the housing sector.

The campaign is set to continue until the end of Ramadan.
