RIYADH: The Saudi Industrial Development Fund has joined the European Foundation for Quality Management amid its drive to apply international standards and best practices in its institutional works.
Through the new membership, the fund will be able to learn and apply institutional work systems, and develop and manage operations, Saudi Press Agency reported.
This is expected to reflect positively on employees and lead to improved performance levels, it said.
Established in 1989, EFQM is a non-profit foundation having over 500 members from different bodies representing more than 55 countries from more than 50 different sectors.
