RIYADH: Supervisor General of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah recently met Francesco Rocca, president of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, in Riyadh.
Dr. Jalal Al-Owais, president of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, and Prince Abdullah bin Faisal, the authority’s executive director of international cooperation and humanitarian response, also attended the meeting.
They discussed ways to provide humanitarian aid, meet the needs of refugees and those affected by emergencies, and provide basic supplies for humanitarian causes. Rocca praised the great achievements of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, in the field of humanitarian work around the world.
