RIYADH: The Board of Directors of Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has approved the establishment of a new fully owned subsidiary in Riyadh.
The new entity will be specialized in developing and providing solutions and services in the field of financial technologies (fintech) and electronic markets.
The move is part of the company's strategy, MIS said in a filing, without giving further details.
